Crochet of Elements

Having finished their exams, this week Year 11 student Lucie stopped by to present a gift to their Chemistry Teacher, Mr Askey -- an outstanding (and enormous) copy of the periodic table of elements, crocheted over the course of three months!

Mr Askey said "This the best gift I've ever had from a student. Lucie clearly spent many hours making it!"

We thank Lucie for her effort, bringing a lovely end to a fantastic year of science lessons.
