UCAS Convention

Last week, a group of 76 Year 12 students were taken to visit the East London UCAS Exhibition at the University of East London. At the event, hundreds of universities, colleges, apprenticeship providers and employers were represented to help the students make informed decisions about their futures.

The day included live application clinics, personal statement workshops, course and career taster sessions, talks and Q&As, and expert advice on how to research the right opportunities for them. Most importantly, the students were able to meet with prospective institutions and employers face-to-face.

The students were grateful for the experience, and gained an enormous amount of useful information as they prepare themselves for Year 13 and beyond.
