Charity Record-Breaking

A huge congratulations to Executive Headteacher, Peter, and PA, Claire, who recently participated in a truly remarkable world record-breaking charity event. On 5th and 6th July, they were part of a dedicated team that smashed the continuous indoor rowing world record, pushing it from a challenging 25 hours to an incredible 36 hours!

This inspiring effort was all in support of 'The Good Life Orphanage', a fantastic charity providing essential care for children in Mombasa, Kenya. For 36 continuous hours, the rowing machine's flywheel was not allowed to stop, with ten rowers each rotating in for 45-minute shifts. Their dedication and teamwork paid off, raising more than £6,000 for the worthy cause!
