Traditional Roasts

Students from our Year 9 GCSE groups were recently tasked with researching and preparing a traditional roast dinner, including their own detailed time plan for the cooking process. Last week, the students were given two hours to cook and present their dishes, as well as clean up after themselves.

"All of the students completed the task on time and with amazing results. I am extremely proud of their effort, and it was great to see them all enjoying the work. As not all of our students are from Great Britain, many of them put their own cultural twists on the dishes." -Ms Witter, Head of Food Technology.
