Trees from the Woodland Trust

After a successful application to the Woodland Trust, the UK's largest woodland conservation charity, Hertswood received sixty trees to plant around our playing fields.

Led by Miss Cleasby, Head of Geography, a group of students planted the beginnings of a new hedge this morning, with more work to come in the near future. They came away from the task appropriately muddy!
